CLAUDIA RALPH - HEAD COACH

Coach Claudia Ralph joined Princeton Cheerleading as Head Coach in the 2021-2022 season. Prior to arriving at Princeton, Ralph spent two seasons as Head Coach at New Providence High School in New Providence, NJ. Prior to coaching, Ralph was a cheerleader for 14 years, across all levels of cheerleading. Her collegiate cheerleading career included stops at Division III Catholic University during her freshman and sophomore years and Division I Seton Hall University during her junior and senior years. She served in leadership roles for both teams during her collegiate career.

After Ralph graduated as an undergraduate in 2020, she pursued an MBA at Seton Hall, which she earned in 2021. She uses her business degree and fundraising experience in development consulting at The Angeletti Group, LLC in Morristown, NJ. Ralph is very active teaching all levels of cheerleading around the world with Rah Rah Routines, an independent cheerleading consulting firm.

At Princeton, she has aided in assisting the cheerleading team become more visible both on campus and nationally, as well as expand the reach of the Cheerleading Friends Group. Her favorite part about coaching at Princeton is working with athletes that challenge themselves in all facets of their lives, including athletically.
